What makes Cow Belle Real Estate Unique?

Cow Belle Real Estate was founded in 2020 with one simple goal — to survive the housing market myself and help others do the same (hopefully with a few laughs along the way). For the most part at least....my Real Estate career started in 2020 with the goal to give you Cow Belle Real Estate. However, I wanted Cow Belle to mean some thing more than just "Hey you, I sell houses!"
Born and raised right here in the Willamette Valley, I’ve seen how much home really means to people — it’s more than square footage or curb appeal; it’s community, stability, and a place to land. When buying a home felt impossible, I decided to jump in, learn the ropes, and help others navigate the process too. Buying our first home in 2020 as a brand new agent was the crash corse I never asked for, but it could not have prepared me any better to serve my clients!
What started as a one-woman operation and a dream to make a difference 5 years ago has grown into Cow Belle Real Estate — a hub for down-to-earth, boots-on-the-ground real estate help. I may be the only one officially on the roster, but I’m backed by a trusted crew of local lenders, inspectors, and service pros who all share the same goal: taking great care of our clients.
At Cow Belle Real Estate, you’ll get local knowledge, honest advice, and a no-pressure approach — because this isn’t just business, it’s personal. Around here, real estate meets real life.

Hi, I’m Shelby! I’m a lifelong Willamette Valley local, wife, and mom to both two and four legged children. I grew up on a farm, and was involved in 4-H and FFA as a child. Therefore I’ve always loved being outdoors, whether that’s hiking to a fire lookout, riding my motorcycle, or taking to the skies as I work toward my private pilot’s license. When I was a kiddo I wanted to be a large animal Veterinarian when I grew up, then I grew up...
When I’m not exploring the valley, I’m helping people find their place to call home. Real estate isn’t just my job — it’s my way of connecting with people, sharing the love I have for this area, and helping families navigate what can be a stressful process with a little humor and a lot of heart.
I love meeting new people, seeing the excitement on their faces when they find “the one,” and being part of their journey. If I’m not at a listing or flying overhead, you can usually find me hiking with my dogs or relaxing at home with a good cup of coffee, or even working on my side job of rolling my eyes at my husband and all his hobbies.
